WARRANTY POLICY
Highlander warrants each of
its diesel generator for the
period of 2000 hours (for
prime duty
only) or one year from the
time of startup or 18 months
from the time of shipment,
whichever
comes first, to be free of
defects in materials and
workmanship. This warranty
will not cover
improper operation, improper
maintenance, misuse,
negligence or accidents.
This warranty is
not effected unless full
payment is received by
Highlander.
Highlander's sole and only
obligation, indirect or
otherwise, by virtue of this
warranty is
expressly limited to the
replacement or repair, at
the option of Highlander, of
any item returned
to Highlander's plant in
Singapore with all
transportation charges
prepaid, which after
inspection by Highlander is
found to be defective in
material or workmanship.
Repairs or
replacement will be shipped
freight collect, F.O.B.
Singapore.
Highlander makes no warranty
claims with respect to
damages resulting from
product use,
consequential damages,
merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose and
acts of God.
